Club Fees & Financial Commitment

At Top Select Volleyball Academy, we are committed to providing a high-level volleyball experience built on 18 years of excellence, development, and competitive success. Our club dues help support the overall experience and resources provided throughout the season.

Your dues and fees include, but are not limited to:

  • Excellent training and coaching
  • Tournament - Team entry fees
  • Administrative fees and office expenses
  • Coaches’ salaries
  • Coaches’ travel and lodging expenses
  • Facility
  • Recruiting support for select teams (15U–18U)


What Is NOT Included

The following expenses are not included in club dues and remain the responsibility of the athlete/family:

  • Team uniforms and spirit wear
  • USAV Membership fees
  • AAU Membership fees
  • Travel Fees - Airline Tickets, Hotels, Car Rentals, etc.

Discounts Available

Top Select proudly values long-term commitment and loyalty within our program. Discounts may be available for eligible athletes in the following categories:

  • Players who have siblings who play on a TS team
  • Players who have participated with Top Select for 3+ years
  • Players who have participated with Top Select for 5+ years

Additional details regarding eligibility and discount amounts will be provided during the team commitment process.


Financial Responsibility & Team Commitment

Upon accepting a team assignment, the parent/guardian acknowledges and understands that they are financially responsible for all fees associated with the athlete’s participation for the season.

A player’s position on a team cannot be held or guaranteed without the required deposit. Athletes accepting a roster position must submit the designated deposit in order to secure their placement with the club.

We appreciate the commitment and trust families place in Top Select Volleyball Academy and look forward to another successful season of athlete development, competition, and growth.

1. When does the financial commitment begin?

The financial commitment begins immediately upon accepting a team assignment and submitting the required deposit.

2. Why is the deposit required right away?

The deposit secures the athlete’s roster spot. Top Select Volleyball cannot hold a position on a team without the deposit being paid.

3. What am I financially responsible for after accepting a team position?

Parents/guardians are responsible for all fees associated with the athlete’s participation for the season once a team assignment is accepted.

4. What is included in club dues and fees?

Club dues and fees help cover:

  • Professional coaching and training
  • Tournament entry fees
  • Administrative and office expenses
  • Coaches’ salaries
  • Coaches’ travel and lodging expenses
  • Facility rental costs
  • Recruiting support for select teams (15U–18U)

5. Are tournament fees included in tuition?

Yes. Tournament entry fees are included as part of the club dues and fees.

6. Does tuition cover coaches’ travel expenses?

Yes. Coaches’ travel and lodging expenses for tournaments are included in club fees.

7. Are facility costs included in club dues?

Yes. Facility rental expenses are included as part of the overall program costs.

8. What does “excellent training and coaching” include?

Athletes receive structured practices, skill development, team training, and coaching support throughout the season from experienced coaching staff.

9. Is recruiting support included for all teams?

Recruiting support is available for some teams in the 15U–18U age divisions.

10. What type of recruiting support is offered?

Recruiting assistance may include guidance, communication support, player promotion opportunities, and resources to help athletes interested in playing at the collegiate level.

11. Can we reserve a spot without paying the deposit?

No. Team spots are not held or guaranteed until the required deposit has been paid.

12. Are there additional costs outside of club dues?

Additional expenses may vary depending on the team and could include personal travel expenses, meals, optional gear, or other individual costs not specifically listed in club dues.

13. What happens if we accept a spot and later change our mind?

Once a team assignment is accepted, families are financially responsible for the athlete’s club fees according to the club’s policies and commitment agreement.

14. Why are club volleyball fees structured this way?

Club fees help support the full athlete experience, including high-quality coaching, tournament participation, facility access, administration, and team operations throughout the season.
