1. When does the financial commitment begin?

The financial commitment begins immediately upon accepting a team assignment and submitting the required deposit.

2. Why is the deposit required right away?

The deposit secures the athlete’s roster spot. Top Select Volleyball cannot hold a position on a team without the deposit being paid.

3. What am I financially responsible for after accepting a team position?

Parents/guardians are responsible for all fees associated with the athlete’s participation for the season once a team assignment is accepted.

4. What is included in club dues and fees?

Club dues and fees help cover:

  • Professional coaching and training
  • Tournament entry fees
  • Administrative and office expenses
  • Coaches’ salaries
  • Coaches’ travel and lodging expenses
  • Facility rental costs
  • Recruiting support for select teams (15U–18U)

5. Are tournament fees included in tuition?

Yes. Tournament entry fees are included as part of the club dues and fees.

6. Does tuition cover coaches’ travel expenses?

Yes. Coaches’ travel and lodging expenses for tournaments are included in club fees.

7. Are facility costs included in club dues?

Yes. Facility rental expenses are included as part of the overall program costs.

8. What does “excellent training and coaching” include?

Athletes receive structured practices, skill development, team training, and coaching support throughout the season from experienced coaching staff.

9. Is recruiting support included for all teams?

Recruiting support is available for some teams in the 15U–18U age divisions.

10. What type of recruiting support is offered?

Recruiting assistance may include guidance, communication support, player promotion opportunities, and resources to help athletes interested in playing at the collegiate level.

11. Can we reserve a spot without paying the deposit?

No. Team spots are not held or guaranteed until the required deposit has been paid.
