Head Coach 17 Top Blue

Juanita is the head coach at Hagerty High School, where she led her team to the 2019 State Championship. She played collegiate volleyball at Jacksonville University, where she set an NCAA record for service aces. Before transferring to JU, she spent two years at the University of Montevallo, where she earned Preseason First Team honors and set multiple records for attempts per season and matches. A graduate of Bayshore High School, Juanita was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame for her outstanding athletic achievements. With 29 years of coaching experience, she continues to build a strong legacy. Currently going into her 3rd year with Top Select, she has coached the 16 Top Blue team to qualify for USAV Nationals in both seasons. Her teams have earned major titles, including: 2025 Northeastern Qualifier Champions (Liberty) 2024 Florida Regional Qualifier Champions Additional career highlights include: Head Coach, Hagerty High School: 2019 State Champions, 2022 State Runner-Up Hagerty High School Beach Coach: 2 Elite Eight appearances and 1 Final Four appearance 8-time Seminole County Coach of the Year (Indoor & Beach) 2019 7A Florida Dairy Farmers Coach of the Year 7-time District Champion (Indoor) at Hagerty 3-time District Champion (Beach) at Hagerty UCF Assistant Coach, 2002–2007
