HOW TO CHANGE MY METHOD OF PAYMENT

2. Log into your account

4. Click on Payment Settings (Under Invoices)

5. Add New Card

Sports Engine FAQ

How do I change the method of payment on my account?

1. Login to account on website
2. Click on dropdown arrow next to username
3. Click on 'Account Settings'
4. Click on "Purchases"
5. If you have more than one purchase, click on the invoice number of the purchase in question
6. Scroll to the payment date you want to change the payment
7. Click on
'Make a Payment'
8.
Enter in new credit card information

**Once you enter in your new credit card information, your payment plan will continue take out of that new account.

HOW CAN ANOTHER PARENT RECEIVE EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Communications are sent thru the tryout registration, therefore, whoever's account was used to register the player for tryouts should be getting club communications.

Unfortunately, we do NOT have access to user accounts, so the parent who is receiving emails will need do the following steps.

If the other parent has a Sports Engine account

1. Person already receiving email logs into Sports Engine
2. On top left bar, there should be your username, click on the arrow pointing down
3. Click on HOUSEHOLD
4. Under LINKED ACCOUNTS click on ADD
5. Add the other parent email address that was used to create his/her Sports Engine account
6. Send Request
7. Other parent must confirm request

If the other parent does NOT have a Sports Engine Account

1. Person already receiving email logs into Sports Engine
2. On top left bar, there should be your username, click on the arrow pointing down
3. Click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
4. Under SECONDARY EMAIL add other parent email address
5. Under ACCOUNT NOTIFICATION, please make sure his/her email is selected to receive notifications (after you add it as a secondary email)

How to Add a Guardian to a Player's Profile Through the Roster

 
You must be a Team Administrator with Page Owner access  to add a guardian on behalf of an athlete through the SportsEngine mobile app. (Call the office for assistance)
 
NOTE: Pending Members will first need to accept their team invite before additional guardians can be added.  Click here if you need instructions on how to add a new rostered player first.
 
  1. Tap Teams.
  2. Select the "Team" you wish to manage.
  3. Tap Roster.
  4. If applicable, filter by season.
  5. Ensure the "Players" tab is selected.
  6. Locate and tap on the "Player" you wish to manage.
  7. In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen click the blue pencil icon.
  8. In the bottom right-hand corner, tap the Add Guardian+.
  9. Enter the "Email Address" of the new guardian.
  10. Once complete, tap the Checkmark (Android) or Save (iOS).
    • This action will invite the user to accept and confirm the email address entered.  Once confirmed, full Guardian Privileges will be granted.
