Delgado start coaching at Top Select on 2017. Delgado but he's been coaching for 29 years on different clubs in Puerto Rico, (Borinquen Coqui and Gigantes Volleyball Club) and in Florida. (Vision Volleyball Club). Delgado holds a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education from the University of Puerto Rico. and also is a FIVB Level I certified volleyball coach, USAV Cap 2 certified volleyball coach and a TRX certified trainer. Delgado coach at the college level at College of Coastal Georgia - NAIA (2020 to 2021), College of Central Florida (2018 to 2020), Polk State College (2017 as Assistant Coach) and 2016 at Santa Fe College (as Assistant Coach).
