Charles has had over 8 years of experience with Club Volleyball. He has been a Head Coach of numerous 17-18U teams. Charles also has Private Instructor/Clinics experience for for all ages as well as experience as a camp director.

In 2008 Charles received the Florida Region Coach of the Year and was also the 2008 Spokane Qualifier for 1st place in 17 Open. Charles helped University of Pennsylvania for 1 year as an assistant coach.While he was there they were Ivy League Champions and went through the NCAA Tournament 1st Round. Following, Charles was assistant coach for two years at Villanova University.
